How we handle your details

Short version: this is a catalog made of flat pages. There is no account to make and no cart to fill, so there is very little about you here to handle.

What this site is

Static pages. No login, no basket, no saved profile, no order history. Nothing on this site asks you to create anything, and there is no place for you to type a card number even if you wanted to.

What gets recorded

Ordinary web serving leaves ordinary traces: which page was requested, roughly when, the browser and screen size that asked for it, and the general region the request came from. We look at that in aggregate to see which shelves people actually use. It is not tied to a name, because we do not have one.

When you write to us

Then we have your email address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as it takes to answer you and a while after in case you write again about the same grill. We do not add you to a list, and we do not hand your address to anyone.

Leaving this site

Buy buttons open our retail partner. Once you are there you are on their site under their terms and their handling of your details, which are not ours to describe. The same goes for any other outbound link.

Changes to this page

If how any of this works changes, this page changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions, so what is printed here is what applies.
