Talk to the parts desk
Fit questions come to us. Order questions do not, and this page explains where those go instead so you are not waiting on the wrong desk.
What we are good for
If you are holding a worn part and cannot tell which of ours replaces it, that is our question. Same for a cover you are not sure will clear the side shelves, a hose that has to reach farther than you expected, or a regulator with a fitting you do not recognize. We measure this hardware, so we can usually settle it quickly.
What to put in the note
The more of this you can give us, the shorter the exchange gets. A photo does more work than a paragraph.
- The model code off your grill, copied character for character from the data label.
- The measurement that matters: tube length, grate width, or the outside of the grill with the lid shut and the shelves where you keep them.
- A photo of the old piece, ideally next to a tape measure.
- What the grill is doing wrong, if anything. Yellow flame on one burner and a cover that will not zip are different problems.
What we cannot see from here
Anything about a placed order is invisible to us. We do not have your order number, your delivery date, or the ability to change either one. All of that sits with our retail partner, and the order page you got when you bought is the fastest route to a real answer.
Same story if a box arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up. Start on the order page. It moves faster than we can from the outside.
Where to write
One desk, one inbox, answered in the order letters land.
Where the mail lands
1734 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 300, Kansas City, MO 64108United States
Letters reach that desk, and that is the whole of its job. There is no counter behind the door and nothing on a shelf to look over. A part left there goes nowhere useful: anything you send back travels through the partner who handled the order, the way the box arrived.
While you wait for a reply
Pick the grill you run, or open the shelf you came for. Both roads land on the same 177 pieces.
