Old cast iron grates tend to flake or rust through once the coating chips. We build these from solid stainless steel rods instead, welded into a heavy pair that drops straight onto the ledges inside your firebox. Match your grill against the models we list below.

Solid steel rods

We weld these from solid stainless round bar rather than hollow channel. The metal holds heat well across the whole surface, so burgers and steaks color evenly without cold corners on the grate.

Cookbox drop in fit

Lift the old rusted grates out, scrape the ledges clean, and set these down. They sit flat across the firebox frame without rocking, ready for seasoning before you light the burners.

Cabinet series sizing

We cut these to match a family of three burner cabinet gas grills. Check the tag inside your cabinet door against the models we list below before you take your old set out.

Scrapes clean easily

Unlike porcelain coated iron that chips under a wire brush, bare stainless takes hard scraping without losing its finish. A stiff grill brush clears the char right off between cooks.
