Blackstone griddles

Shelf: Grill and griddle covers
Material: 600D
Cut for: Blackstone griddles

Cooktop steel stays oiled between meals, but wind and blowing rain still find their way in. We stitch this from thick polyester with a water repellent backing to drape over the hood and side shelves. You pull it down and buckle the sides before walking inside.

Heavy weave polyester

The fabric takes the sun and cold without turning brittle. We double stitch the top seams where the hood corners press against the cloth, keeping rain from soaking through to the flat cooking plate.

Cut for the hood

The pattern follows the tall rear profile of a griddle fitted with a hard cover. It drops over both side tables without pulling tight across the grease cup or control knobs.

Buckles against the wind

Straps on the sides pull the bottom hem inward around the cart legs. High gusts will not lift the corners or blow the fabric across the yard while the patio sits empty.

Hidden air vents

Covered mesh slits along the upper panels let rising air move outward. Trapped dampness under the cloth dries out instead of hanging over the cold steel cooktop between weekend cooks.
