When old cast iron grates start flaking into your food, swapping them for thick stainless rods changes the cook box for good. We weld these from heavy round stock so they hold heat evenly and clean up with a stiff brush. Check the models we list below to confirm your cooker uses this footprint.

Heavy solid rods

We build each grid out of thick round stainless rods rather than stamped sheet or thin wire. They hold onto heat, lay down distinct sear lines, and will not chip away over time.

Two-piece cooking deck

The set comes as a pair of matching panels that sit side by side on the inner ledges of your cook box. They drop directly into place without brackets or extra hardware.

No seasoning required

Unlike porous bare iron, smooth stainless steel does not need coats of oil baked on before the first cookout. Scraping them down with a grill brush after dinner is enough to keep them ready.

Cooker style match

These fit a larger family of cabinet gas grills, as well as selected pellet grills and vertical pellet smokers. Match your old grid against the sizing printed nearby before lifting them into the cart.
