Pellet grills sit out through rain, pollen, and harsh sun on the patio. We sew this cover from dense oxford cloth with a coated backing to keep moisture off the metal barrel and the pellet hopper. A full side zipper makes it easy to pull over the chimney without catching.

Dense oxford weave

We sew this cover using heavy woven cloth backed with a smooth water resistant layer. The seams are double stitched so pulling the fabric across the square hopper corners does not rip the thread over time.

Side zipper access

Pulling a tall cover over a smokestack usually means tugging until something snags. The long side zipper opens the seam wide so the fabric drops straight down over the barrel without catching on the grease bucket hook.

Bottom drawstring cinch

Wind under an open patio can lift a loose cover right off the legs. We added a tough pull cord along the bottom hem that gathers the skirt tight against the casters once the smoker cools down.
