We sew this cover from coated Oxford cloth with double stitched seams to shed wet weather. Pull it down over the smokestack, fasten the clips, and let the fabric take the sun instead of your paint.

Coated Oxford cloth

The thick woven fabric has a water-resistant backing and an exterior coating to handle midday sun. It stays flexible when the yard cools down so you are not fighting stiff corners in autumn.

Pellet barrel profile

We cut this pattern to drape over the wide cook chamber, side hopper, and tall chimney pipe. Measure your smoker from the hopper edge across to the far shelf before you decide on the size.

Clips and drawstring

Side straps cinch the midsection while a bottom cord pulls the lower skirt close to the wheels. Gusts cannot catch under the hem and lift the fabric off across the grass.

Easy hose cleanup

Pollen and dried grease wash off the surface with cold water from the garden hose. Wipe the slick spots with an old rag and spread the fabric in the sun to dry before folding.
