Old cast grates tend to chip and pit after a few wet winters. We weld these from solid, non-magnetic stainless steel bar to match the firebox footprint on the three burner cabinet grills listed below. They lift right in once the old set is out.

Solid stainless bar

We use solid round stainless rod instead of hollow tube or coated iron. The metal holds steady heat across the whole deck and will not flake into your food when scrubbed with a stiff grill brush.

Closer rod spacing

Each grate uses a dense run of parallel bars set close together. Asparagus spears, shrimp, and sliced onions stay up on the cooking surface instead of tumbling down into the burner plates below.

Smooth rounded edges

The outer frame and crossbars are finished with rounded corners so they will not snag your work gloves. They drop directly onto the inner firebox ledges without rocking or catching on the hood hinge.
