Large cuts need time off the smoke before you bring a knife to them. We built this insulated carrier with a heavy outer cloth and a foil liner so a finished brisket can sit on the cutting board or travel across town without losing all its heat.

Heavy woven shell

The outside uses thick oxford cloth that handles grease splatters and rough picnic tables. It wipes clean with a damp rag when the cook is done.

Foil inner lining

The interior foil layer reflects warmth back into the meat. It holds the juices inside the bag instead of letting them soak through to your counter.

Wide mouth opening

The top unzips wide so you can drop a heavy roast or whole bird straight down without catching the bark on the sides.

Wipe down cleanup

Grease lifts off the smooth interior with warm water and mild soap. Let the bag air dry before folding it flat for storage.
