Front control layout

The burner geometry is shaped specifically for cookboxes with valves along the front ledge. If your knobs sit over on the right shelf, these tubes will not align with your manifold.

Porcelain coated plates

The angled bars are pressed from steel and finished with a speckled porcelain enamel. They catch grease before it lands on the flame ports and lift out easily when it comes time to scrape the cookbox.

Stainless burner tubes

We form the three main tubes and the small crossover bar from stainless steel. The small gas ports run in a neat row down each side to spread heat along the cookbox floor.
