Push-button igniters eventually get gummed up from cooking grease or quit clicking after damp seasons. We make this spark generator to slide into the control panel opening on assorted cabinet gas grills. Match the terminal prongs on the back of your old button before swapping it out.

Rear spade terminals

The back of the module carries flat spade posts for your electrode wires. Slip the old push-on connectors off the dead button and press them straight onto these terminals.

Threaded collar mounting

The body drops through the round opening in your grill faceplate. A threaded plastic ring spins on from the outside to hold the assembly snug against the metal fascia.

Push button cap

The spring cap unscrews from the front so you can drop in a standard household battery. A firm press on the rubberized top sends current straight to the burner electrodes.

Checking the old module

Count the output spades on your dead igniter before setting this one in place. The body shape and wire positions should match the part you pulled from the control panel.
