Old heat shields flake apart after seasons over direct heat, leaving your burner tubes bare and hot spots across the grates. We stamp these from steel and coat them with porcelain enamel. They drop right into place on the cookbox ledges inside assorted cabinet gas grills from several makers.
Porcelain coated steel
The porcelain coat over the steel core helps ward off corrosion from drippings and marinade salts. Grease rolls off the smooth surface toward the grease tray below.
Cookbox flame shield
The peaked shape sits directly above the burner tube. It keeps dripping grease off the burner ports and distributes heat rising into the cooking grates above.
Cabinet grill match
We pressed these to match the footprint of worn shields inside several cabinet grill models. You drop them straight onto the existing interior mounting ridges without tools.
